Madrone Shower

Here’s a job I’ve been waiting a long time to show you. It’s still not quite finished, but the tile is in. The plumbing, the tub and the glass doors are not, but I wanted to show it off. These madrone trees are a spectacular feature of our NW landscape and I’ve done any number of custom tile murals with them, but never one this big. This one has been a long time coming. I took a deposit on it in 2021, did most of the painting on it in late 2023, with several modifications and additions in early 2024. No telling when it might really be finished, but when it is, I’ll be going to photograph it, for sure.
