Bellevue Fair

Last weekend I did the Bellevue Arts Museum Artsfair for the second time with paintings.  Last time was two years ago.  I used to do that fair every year back when I was a potter and on into when I switched to tiles, from the mid-70s through the mid-90s.  It was a huge success, the best fair I've had in many years.  I sold 11 paintings, including a couple of nice big ones.  Here's a picture of one of the big ones and one of the better paintings I've done so far.  It was really great to spend three days talking to people about favorite hiking spots, and meeting lots of satisfied customers from years past, some with paintings, others with tile projects and even a few with pots.  Most of this month I'll be "image harvesting", hiking and shooting photos.
